I had my alarm replaced and a cctv system installed. The alarm worked and CCTV worked well till came up for service recently. I was very upset with them and Elliot particularly as few months before the service was due I changed my router. I was sent a bill of £150 with a reduction to £75 pounds to key in mi new wifi password. I did not think this was acceptable but paid the bill. I then decided not to have the service with them anymore. Whilst my alarm still works fine, the cctv system is unusable as I can not access the app to control it to reset the password. The only people that have access to the system that I bought from them is Smart tec. The divorce has been very nasty but that is another issue. Bottom line, reasonable product, be careful with the rest and make sure you have everything in writing!

Had an issue with my alarm, after calling Smart Tec they came out very quickly and fixed my problem, serviced my alarm and after a good chat with the engineer that came out we had them back 2 weeks later for a CCTV install. Never felt safer! Thanks guys 😁

Very polite and helpful when I rung , was not pushy and listened to what I wanted doing also advised me on what was good . Came out within a couple of days to get it set up , no problems , showed me how to work it and said I could ring anytime if there was a problem. Would defo recommend!! Contacted Elliott who got back to us very promptly, arranged a short notice installation to replace an old system that had been neglected. Elliott and Scott arrived when they said they would, they did a very professional and thorough job, they were clean and tidy and did a few little extras just to tidy up some old cabling (some of which was nothing to do with the alarm).We are delighted with the end result and would have no problem recommending them.

Fitting of new wireless intruder alarm system, removal of old system and fitting of new wired smoke alarms. We were given a clear quote outlining all of our options and they were able to accommodate a weekend visit to get everything fitted. Scott worked really hard when installing the system and did a fantastic job. He really took the time to ensure that everything looked good and verified the positioning of the sensors with us. He also made sure we understood the ins and outs of the system once it was installed. All-in-all a great experience and it feels like we’ve invested in some high quality kit to protect our home
